I wasn't expecting to see any waxwings this year has not many have been reported inland and it has been 2 years since the last time we had any in Stoke On Trent! So when there was a sighting not to many miles away I thought it was worth a drive to investigate, there was only a solo one there but managed a few shots and happy to have seen one again after such a long gap!
