The Monkey Temple

Monkey Temple, otherwise known as Galta Ji Temple, is a popular tourist attraction in the city of Jaipur. While the official name is Galta Ji, most refer to it as Monkey Temple, due to the thousands of monkeys that occupy the grounds. As well as being a tourist hotspot, the temple complex is a sacred pilgrimage site for Hindu devotees.

beautiful setting outside Jaipur.....yes I have been there and really a photographer's palette of choices from Rajasthani architecture to the ashrams and holymen. Smile
