Poor lambs. Oh well, I guess that if this is how you emerge into the world things can only get better.

Very typical of conditions for farmers and their stock at the present time, Linda: what a world for the lambs to be born into, poor things.

Bleak and beautifully composed, Linda. Definitely need their woolly coats.

Same condition here too Linda, good contrasts between the sheep's woolly coats and the snow

I am interested to know how you caught their attention, Linda...a loud call of "Mint sauce" usually works.Wink

It is an unusual situation for me to sit here in glorious sun, minus 4-5c and squinting in the reflection from the snow and watch Sky News showing the terrible conditions 'over there'.

Feel sorry for the farmer, as will doubt lose a lot of the lambs
poor animals in the snow, but Linda you have a great image for us
winter at it's worse and cruelest

Ghastly conditions indeed though as long as their tummies are full of milk they are likely to do just fine. Some of our earliest lambers will be facing something similar. It does, however make a very beautiful image.

You are very brave venturing out Linda - I've stayed in and spent my time with the cross stitch project
The poor lambs having a hard time of it, but it has provided you with a delightful take.
