It's rather good and moody.
I find it has an underlying aura of "goth chic" but nothing toooooo goth. A black scarf on her head would have made it far more "Balcan" and folk.
I think this could work as a square frame too if you crop slightly from the top (but keepin the complete window) and more from the left. A tighter space makes the poser's situation more uncomfortable which to my opinion matches to the notion of "moody". This is a staged picture, it does not represent the truth but conveys very well many internal feelings and thoughts tactily expressed by the model.
