great red and earth colours
Sure has seen better days but in this state it does make a great photographic study, Mary, and your homing in on the bonnet and front end adds impact: well lit and captured in fine detail, tones and textures, and with the grasses encroaching adding a further element to the air of abandonment.

Beautiful image even if that lovely old car is left there rusting. This image reminded me of the old Ford Pop left in a similar manner in my Grandfathers garden. Grandfather allowed my 2 brothers and i to play in it and when we decided to play submarines one day he allowed us to take a hacksaw from his workshop and cut a square hole in the roof. We were only kids but what had we done!
