Worthing Pier

By NDODS
Good day to you all at ePz.

Thank you all for taking the time out to view, comment and vote on my upload yesterday. A further mention goes to: Pentaxpatty (Patricia) and Fred263 (Fred) for their User Awards.

Todays image was captured yesterday during a break in the weather whilst strolling along Worthing's Seafront. Even =though the wind was blowing hard the sea was rather calm and the light was good enough to grab a few shots.

I hope that you all have a great day for me my wife Julie will be visiting it is half term so she is on holiday for a couple of weeks.

Regards as always NathanGrinGrinGrin

Great POV and wonderful light and colour in V1. I like the splashes of red by the flags and letters. The mono version is extremely attractive too - I like both.

Like the colour version here. Makes me think of eating an ice cream cone. The mono doesn't do that for some odd reason.

A lovely image, very well captured Nathan. I am so intrigued by these structures you guys build into the sea - it will not last here, our ocean is much to wild and untamed for that Smile

The structural shape of the groyne echoes the overall shape of the pier very well, and it's nice to see a pier that hasn't been ravaged by fire.
The weather does seem fairly clement, the sea not what I'd have expected from yesterday's forecast.

This was yesterday?! Looks more like the middle of summer! Grin A super composition and capture of this delightful looking pier, Nathan. Looks good in mono, but has to be colour for me - especially in this grey, wet 'n' windy weather we're having, we need some colour to cheer us up! SmileSmile

This is a real beauty Nathan, I love piers and wooden groynes/defenses and to see both together is wonderful.
