TU104 on Approach at Heathrow

By Neddy
This photo is taken from a Kodachrome slide.

It was taken in the early 60's on the approach to Heathrow. In those days it was possible to park a car on the approach road without fear of being stopped by the police and detained.

The camera was an unknown coupled rangefinder with a fixed 50mm lens, so you can imagine how close and low the aircraft were!

This is a scan of the original slide.
