LLyn Celyn is a large reservoirconstructed between 1960+1965 in the valley of the river Tryweryn in Gwynedd, near Bala.
800 acres of land was drowned,as well as the school,Post Office, chapel and Cemetry in order tocreate Llyn Tryweryn to provide water to Liverpool.(google will give you all the details)
But we have had 2 really dry summer and I have walked down there twice and the bridge was there and it was a verry sad feeling to walk down there.
