Bemused Ladies

By NevJB
I don't know whether or not they were, but they looked it. They don't really fit into the typical 'RA clientele' group (neither do we) which is very stylishly (and expensively) dressed with accent to match. Great exhibition by the way.
I think colour works better here - you decide.

Great capture, I prefer the colour version.

Love it. People relate to Gormley's work because however abstract the material element, the human experience is still so readily understandable. You've got that connection here.

They look just as bemused in b&w as in colour Wink
Just love those expressions - the spontaneity of it all.

Wonderful candid here, colour v for me, guess you either feel the essence or not...posh accents and clothes in these places mask many things...🌟
Enjoyed looking at both versions and think they're very good. Like both of them for different reasons. The colour version because it's technically a more impressive photograph and the B&W because it leaves more to the imagination and brings out the character in the ladies.

paraphrasing Freddie Mercury: Modern art objects are like women, you'll never enjoy them if you try to understand them...
p.s. colour works best for me, please

I like both but prefer the mono aas it allows more concentration on the expressions.
