Thanks for giving us some of Jimmy's story. His face tells a great deal of the suffering he has seen. You have honored him greatly by giving poverty and dispair a face. Well done.

This is a fantastic and very strong portrait Ollie. Jimmy's eyes says it all, but the write up adds to understanding the situation. A sad story, but one the is deserved to be heard.

Thank you, Ollie, for your interest in and support for Jimmy. For so many he represents the face of humanity itself. We can only wish him our support from afar.
A haunting image indeed.

Those eyes are getting darker, deader. Intensely sad, moving image. There but for fortune go all of us.

Back again to take another look, although I don't know what to say, it all seems a bit irrelevant really. You're up against yourself on my shortlist.

Disturbing and very powerful.

I don't want to look at it but thank you for making me. This kind of photograph very often seems exploitative or false but your portrait has an intense sensitivity and pity to it.

Closest I've come to crying while on this site.
