wellington memorial fountain

ive taken 5 night shots and i think this one's the best,i took 36 shots from all angles i climed about 20'ft on to the memorial for this shot,ithink it works well, please let me know thanks.

worth the climb. This photo jumped out in the thumb nails. You have obviously given this a lot of thought like the rest of the night shots in your portfolio. well exposed and a truly stunning shot. Ralph

thanks to jeff@ralph for your comments truly appreciated the shot was strait out of the camera and no ps at all i am surprised nobody has voted on it ,i think the shot jumps out at you,thanks ian.

I think you have a nicely composed image here Ian...is it Liverpool?
I particularly like the colour rendering and the way the overhead light catches the water at the head of the fountain.
I think also that it might fair a little better even still if you
were able to remove the centre streetlight stachion, which I
think has a tendency to split the image in half, and though not prominent, it still seems to offer a distraction.
In spite of this, it presents itself as a very nice image, and one that should justly be satisfied with.

thanks i know ive tried cloning it out but no matter how many times i try just unable to do it im not computer freindly yet lol,thanks for taking time to comment.oh yes it was liverpool.

A very familiar scene to me, I've little to add to what has already been said in the way of criticism, but it is an excellent exposure and full of great detail.
