Down 't Wharf

By ade_mcfade
After a mad HDR dash around the city before dark, I met up with Richsr and got a few watery shots before we both gave in to a curry..

this is milennium bridge, or something cheesy like that, could be centenary bridge actually, anyway it crosses form the parish church to the brewery wharfe

Shot's taken from next to calls grill, a little torch work on the ladder with a red gel, just to make it stand out a little.

It's a plain, honest, normal RAW shot with very little tinkering for once... .

Particularly like the continuation of the angle of the ladder to the bridge support. Good exposure too.

A pretty good image, the only think that niggles for me is the FG post cap which cuts the line of the bridge.

cheers folks - my cable release failed last night (i.e. stopped working) so forced my "non hdr" hand really. quite refreshing to just process 1 RAW file actually.

cheers for the award!

and that's quite a mod - colour sensation!

Hi Ade, great light and detail. I tried cropping the ladder and rotating it 180 degrees, makes quite a strange abstract. Did not load it as a mod thought you might be offended Smile
Cheers
