Welcome to my corner of ePhotozine.

I love all aspects of photography. But my true passion is Black & White the tones, textures is what holds my attention. Of late my work is moving more into the surreal creative genre, but I still love the early morning sunrise, there's something magical about the dawn of a day.

About Me

GrinAn update is well overdue. My interest in photography stretches back to school days. Over the years I've had an Olympus OM10 (super camera), a Nikon F70. Both of which I still have, together with the darkroom equipment (well its somewhere in the garage!) But that is where the love affair with Black and White photography began.

When Christmas shopping in 2006 I made an impulse buy at Jessops (I know) and entered the digital era with the Nikon D80.

Since then its been a journey, 2X D300's - the first one took a swim in the English channel, and now I've got the D700 which is just brilliant.

I have very eclectic tastes, and have tried my hand at most photographic genres, including wildlife, candid photography, land/Seascapes even digital manipulations. Maybe my work would improve if I didn't keep chopping and changing! Although I always return to Black and White photography.
