Second star to to the right & straight on til morning

By Nick_w
I have a place where dreams are born, And time is never planned.
It's not on any chart, You must find it with your heart.
Never Never Land.
It might be miles beyond the moon, Or right there where you stand.
Just keep an open mind, And then suddenly you'll find Never Never Land.
You'll have a treasure if you stay there, More precious far than gold.
For once you have found your way there, You can never, never grow old.
And that's my home where dreams are born, And time is never planned.
Just think of lovely things.
And your heart will fly on wings, Forever in Never Never Land.
You'll have a treasure if you stay there, More precious far than gold.
For once you have found your way there, You can never, never grow old.
And that's my home where dreams are born, And time is never planned.
Just think of lovely things. And your heart will fly on wings, Forever in Never Never Land

All the books are genuine J m Barrie early 20C copies however all but one are other novels from Barrie (the one been read is Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens)

A big thanks to Janet (Chase), for help with the lighting Wink and developing the idea.

The moth eaten lamb (inventively named lammey), is my daughters favourite toy as a kid, it went everywhere with her, it was given to her by Santa on the railway at Haworth. We even bought a duplicate so we could wash the original- but she knew!! It's still a possession that she treasures (she went mad when she saw me taking this !)

The large Pooh was my first present to her when she was born nearly 15 years ago now!

I think this should be printed big and framed for your daughter. In memory of her childhood by dad. It's beautiful and thoughtful.......Sandy

Came back for another look: I had voted earlier but see that my comment made at that time has not registered, and I also wanted to award my UA.
This is a delightful scenario created after giving much thought to the project, and the execution is second to none, Nick.
I just wish I had half your imagination and processing skills.
The lamb and Pooh bear do seem to have 'travelled well' down the years.
My wife has a large selection of bears and I have posted images using them in the past, but that not one comes anywhere near the magic you have created here.
Finally, I feel this would make for an excellent illustration in a children's story book.........it captivates me, and I'm sure it would those many decades younger.
Ronnie.

Its rare that an image and description touch me emotionally but this does and for that reason alone is worth a UA. The quality of your composition, lighting and processing are very good indeed.
