Project 52: Week 3 'Reflections and Week 4 'Flower

Morning all,

I have decided to upload my project images every four weeks, rather than every week. So rather than 1 post a week per pic, it will be once per month, with four images on. That way I'm not spamming the Blogs!

So, here we go. Week 3 was 'Reflections', and given all the rain we have had recently, it wasn't hard to locate some!! I'm furloughed at the moment, so am getting exercise in with my son and daughter by way of walks around the local area. This image jumped out at me from across the road, so i nipped across and snapped the image.:

Week 3: "Reflections"




This last week was flowers. Not many in the garden right now, but as luck would have it, it was my other half's birthday on Thursday last week!! Not saying at all that i set the theme knowing this of course . . . !! This pic is of a lovely purple flower from on of her bouquets, lite with a speedlight to either side, and modified with a sheet of A4 paper to soften / even out the flash. I played around in PS, and actually thought the B&W conversion was pretty good - love the texture and shape.
