Nicosia Old Town - Attention Grabbing Court Yard

I spotted this lovely scene while walking around the market and it was one of those that just made me take my phone out and photograph it. There's so much for the eye to look at and the scene naturally guides you through the shot. I did try cropping out the top window but the shot didn't have the same feeling when the composition changed so I left it in. Quick straighten in Snapseed and that was it - another quick snap that I really do like.

When the bell tolls...

It's important that we look in all directions when taking photos and by looking up, I spotted this bell tower reaching out of the tree. I love the simplicity of this with just the sky, tree and bell featuring in the frame.

Pretty Building

They have revamped a lot of old town in Paphos but this building still has some of its original charm about it. The red frames and shutters pop against the whitewash and there's also some interesting detail when you get up close.
