With the weather of recent I would not be surprised if this scene looked much the same today: a fine image with Skiddaw in it's winter attire.

For a moment I thought it was an image of the Rockies, Keith, then I realized the scene has a gentleness to it that is not seen with the Rockies - what a shot Keith, it is stunning ... Carol Grin

A lovely image Keith I like the way you have used those branches are a frame this hold everything in. Terrific light and reflections in the water and the light on the snow capped mountains are well defined, the dark foreground detail echoes the dark trees branches and makes a fabulous sandwich of dark that holds all the light and contrasts in! And thank you for your comments and awards!
