What a fantastic action shot ! Even though you would not have had much time, it is well composed. My only crticism is I think that it is at least a stop or two underexposed. This is bound to happen with auto- metering where the background is predominately light. Exposing for the subject in manual would have been the answer. Never the less it gets my vote !

Superb action shot. Not only the well caught dog but the waves behind it too.

Just a super action dog shot. I'm not so sure the picture is that under exposed.The wet dark fur, and I'm sure a brown eye would have still been on the dark side even opening up 1 stop. Two stops would have over exposed the white surf.

This is wonderful action shot! Such intensity and poses a question - does she (?) beat the waves or jump through them to get her swim?
