A good shot overall. Pose is great and the crop for me is fine. If it had been composed with less space on the right, more on the left, perhaps it may be a little better, but nothing really wrong with it. Eye is on a third.
Looking at the focal length, this is cropped closer than the original shot Im guessing?
I think in post processing, there has been too much sharpening applied, so theres a "wiry" look to the shot; if its shot in RAW perhaps too much clarity has been applied; white balance has rendered cool tones, with a slight blue cast in the whites, so a warmer WB would look better. The face is somewhat underexposed, possibly due to bright sunlight behind?
In the mod, Ive tried to address these areas, though its difficult to reduce oversharpening.
Exposure is increased approx +1/3, WB is warmer, contrast and clarity are reduces for a very slightly softer appearance. Colour is increased very slightly.
