Superb depth in this shot, Norman, with interesting and detailed f/g. The arrangement of the boulders acts as an excellent lead-in and I love the very natural winter colours. You have avoided over-processing which is so nice.

Cracking composition Norrie. Very natural light, colours and tones.

The backdrop is stunning, but I love what you've done with the foreground giving great balance to the scene, a moody scene that's typically Scottish, beautifully captured,

Woo Hoo, an HC. Thanks Pete. I have not had one before so this is a testament to the quality of Bruce Percy's workshop.

Thanks again for all the votes and comments.

Thanks everybody.

Yes Gary, Ian confirmed that the Welsh guys we encountered at Lochan na whatsit ( see I have the Gaelic fine ) were your good selves.

I was amazed how many photographers there were in the area. I had always assumed that all the cars parked by the side of the road belonged to climbers. Not so, it would seem.

Stunning indeed!!
Nice to see the HC, well deserved Norrie, Loch Leven is a gem on the Glencoe road, the light at the end of the day like this can surprise even on the dulest wettest days.
