Worth the wait Peter, it makes a very nice shot. Much better with the couple in there.
I would prefer the horizon on a third, which means adding space at the top and filling with sky; and the edge verticals straight which I done in a mod using the lens correction tool in CS4.
In the mod, I also sharpened a little, and added a vignette at the top only, just because I had increased the sky amount.

I was immediately attracted to your picture. You must have been very patient to get the couple in the right spot. I like the slight movement on them. I thought that it looked even better with some of the sky cropped out accentuating the wide perspective of the bridge. If you bracket night exposure like this you will often find that the one that is best exposed for the sky often has quite an orange glow from the reflections of the sodium vapour lamps againts the clouds. this is what I tried to show by some selective saturation of the sky. Still think it is a great picture. I've tried similar shots and they were not as good as yours
