Very similar to something that grows wild in Pennsylvania--Alkanet!

The blue is unmistakable!

Looks a bit like a kind of Echium - not sure if that isn't the same as Alkanet. If I'm right I bet the bees love it. The ones I grew in my Devon garden once faded to pink as they aged, but they started with just the same vivid hue
