Cliff sunset

By ojjo
And yet another one from the series (1/100, f2.8, 2+flash). Personally i like the rocks in the water, but am disappointed that the flash wasn't able to reach them. Cropped off a little from the left of the picture in PS.

Nice capture, great colour and reflection. Personally i would have cropped the forground rocks out, but thats only me, well done.

Excellent shot, but I feel the flash on the foreground spoils the balance of the picture, as you'd expect them to be in shade. I'd have left the flash off.... Nice colour in the sky, well exposed!

I agree with you scotty. But if i'd left it out , the cliffs would have been black. I.e., i'd have a black bottom part of the picture. And what i want to highlight with this picture, is the cliff. (otherwise it would be just another boring sunset hehe). But the comments are appreciated!

Lovely shot - the composition works well. May have been a tad better without the flash.

Interesting one, would like to see a closer crop as I think the flash is spoiling it a bit, but only a bit. K.

If you want to extend your flash range then take a look at the better beamer might do what you want. Lovely shot anyway.
