Kate asked yesterday if I had photographed any tropical specimens in the glasshouses at Helmsley Walled Garden. I'm not sure if we can classify this Aeonium as tropical, but it is certainly a succulent with lovely rosettes of fleshy leaves.

My son was lucky enough to be able to buy a cutting.

The second image is of a close up of one of the rosettes.

Love both versions.Glad I asked.The detail is superb.
