Easter Sunday daffodils

By oldgreyheron
In the early morning dash yesterday I had a few moments to catch this image of the overnight snow on the daffodils in the garden, As soon as the sun came out all the delicately balanced snow started to fall off. This is taken from my study window (the same vantage point as yesterday's balckbird bathing image.

1/125s f8 ISO 400

Have a good bank holiday Monday... maybe I'll catch up on comments later, I apologise for not haveing had time recently.

Even at the start of spring the winter is still upon us. I hope the flowers will survive. This is welcome colour on a grey day.

A fantastic capture Mike of these sturdy Daffodils keeping their heads held high under the weight of all that snow.

A+ shot.
Thank you for your kind words. I really didn't expect this to happened, the awesome approval of great artists on my simple creation. Thinking how great all your experiences, kinds of SLR, latest softwares, proper photography studies, and the likes. Compare to my point & shoot, self study, & downloaded free software. My endless thanks to all.
