Radiant fire

By oldgreyheron
This is the third and final close up of a stunning plant in the glorious Helmsley Walled Garden in North Yorkshire.

This is one of the echinacea family (cone flowers) possibly "purpurea" (can someone help?)

I am astounded by the radial symmetry and the presence of the pollen on the anthers around the periphery...

Large is much better if you have time - thanks! Mike
