Grazely Mill

I have led with the mono conversion of Grazley Mill which looks as it did in the 19th Century and I have tried to give it that feel.

The original colour version is shown as a variant and I bet most of you will prefer it Smile

Worth viewing large if you have time.

Lovely image. Beautiful composition. I agree that the monochrome version has a lot more character and appeal.

A very beautiful scene, Derek, and I do generally prefer colour images to mono. However, due to the dull weather, the sky looks a bit bland in the colour version (though I still really like it), but the mono treatment works very well on this subject and you've processed it beautifully, the sky looks better, and it does have that '19th century' feel to it...so, I'm going for V1 as my fave!

I would normally go for the colour version, but the sky is burnt out, and there is no evidence of that in V1, so I am going for that one. I like it anyway, lol.
