Yesterday I shot two bunches of white and red roses in one frame; short red in front of white taller roses.

That was the last frame of the last roll of the last production of the Kodak Professional BW400CN film, with an expiry date of November 2014. For anyone who asks darker blacks, that's the go to high contrast film.

Currently Kodak does not have a replacement for it. It may come back or we may have to learn to work with something new.
