Across all the land
For forty days in a row
Bitter tears
Would have flooded the towers
If it rained tears
When a child dies
If it rained tears
When evil (people) laugh
Across all the land
(As) grey waves and cold
Bitter tears
Would have agitated the Past
If it rained tears
When we kill pure hearts
If it rained tears
When we get lost beneath the walls
Across all the land
Floods would have happened
From the judges' and the culprits'
Bitter tears
If it rained tears
Whenever death
Brandishing his weapons
Tears the scenery
Across all the land
Nothing would have been left
Other than bitter tears
Of grief and horror.
