- The finishing touch?
- Well polished shoes. Which ones should I wear tonight???

Thankfully my concerns are of a different nature but it is always good to be able to see things on the bright side, even if that is black, yet well polished.

I was drawn to the specific pair which is not like the ones below, by the beautiful pattern on the leather. A quick shelf arrangement before the security cameras notice me playing around with the stock. Sold in M&S for the men who like to impress and the shop-holics Wink

Marta this was shot in a store with a security guard on each shopfloor and overhead security cameras, the possibility of imminent danger was present indeed, they don't normally want the stock being arranged by a customer with photographic inclinations Smile Normally you can ask permission, but the management may not be accommodating, I thought, it would be a 'now or never' shot. The bigger the camera, the bigger the issue may be. My bridge camera doesn't look 'serious pro' (but would an undercover spy would want to look as 'serious pro', carrying a big camera on a tripod, lol), on the other hand it is not as tiny as a pocket camera. It was quite a thrill to set the scene up and then arrange the camera details, to shoot in black and white and on square format under incandescent lighting; these settings were different from the settings of my previous shot outside the store. I had visited them as a customer and I was not panning to shoot anything , but since I carry my camera with me most of the time, I could not resist the temptation of taking a photo of these shoes.

Would you?

Stunning shot, particularly under the conditions you were operating under.
