wow this is gorgeous!, i love the simple way youve layed it out, with the twig's in the foreground, but you made the background look so much more interesting then it probably was. Kudo's! Grin

An interesting shot - I love the way you've captured all the trees in the background.

Please take this as it's meant, it's not critiscism, just a personal point of view! But.............because the dead twigs are coming in from the side, I feel I want to ignore them and concentrate on that gorgeous twisted trunk in front of me - unfortunately I can't because it is out of focus (I hope you can see what I mean!).

What really matters is, do you like it? If you do then it's perfect and it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks! Wink I am still voting for this image because I really like the way you've caught the wood, and I just love that twisted trunk amongst all those straight ones! Well seen!
