Stormy night

A picture I took at 1 in the morning. I was meant to take pictures of the milky way but it turned out to be a cloudy night but never the less I stayed for an hour and got some good shoots.

With long exposures I always find that Sony SLR's always don't work well on high ISO, too much noise (grain), lower the ISO next time? Apart from this the lights in the city are really nice, nice lightning.

Wow! An amazing capture!

I think I would be tempted to experiment with different crops - for instance, removing some of the top and left. I'd like to be a little closer to the lightning and the cloud formations! Smile
