An amazing tree, reputed to be >1000 years old. This is a HDR photo of three frames. I choose a day when there was likely to be a good sunset and took many images but the sun was eventually lost behind a low bank of cloud without the hoped for colourful sky. On the way home, the sky bloomed! Have been caught out like this before - a late flush, after it seems to be all over. So I stopped and shot the sky about 45 minutes after the HDR series and used photoshop to swap the less vibrant HDR sky with the one shown above.
