One misty moisty morning

By javam
...when cloudy was the weather, 3 togs nearly froze their feet off standing in the loch.

Sticking with the break from Airshow shots with another one from last years Pitlochry meet that I have not uploaded before.

From the Saturday morning when Paul, Rich and I decided we liked nothing more than walking through the frost covered grass to stand in loch tay for 2 hours

I suspect some will not like the lack of symmetry, but the posts were not even on each side (some probably rotting away several years ago) and I preferred it like this to having a blank space on the left.

Thanks for looking

Neil

Very nice Neil a superb old jetty shot. In my opinion the balance of composition is spot on and the muted tones a wonderful compliment.

This is a great photograph which makes me just a little jealous; I know Loch Tay quite well and don't know where this is - how frustrating! When you see this photo it must make the freezing feet worthwhile - a stunner - well done!

Thanks for the further comments and clicks.

Cheers also for the HC Pete, nice change to get one for something other than an airshow shot this year.

Seeing as I have hardly taken a landscape shot since the pitlochry meet last year it is also a bit of a reminder that I really should put some more effort in to getting out with my tripod.
