I love the colour yet I think the picture can work in monochrome too. I don't favour the composition though; the horizontal framing causes a question that could unleash the drama or the awe;
"how deep is this?" And to answer this, one would rotate the camera vertically and shoot a smaller proportion of the well cover and more of the well wall.

This is beautiful. I find it fascinating how different materials, left together in the elements, can assume the same colour. And green is the fairy colour, the colour of The Other...
