Magic in the green

By Paree
Another ancient wood image, my favourite place to be.
the wood is at Walsingham abbey ruins, when the snow drops are out a lovely place to go to.

Magical woods
If when walking in the green,
Your step is light and your eye is keen,
And if you tread gently like a mouse.
You may see a tiny Hobbit house.

And if you do not stamp or shout,
And if the magic is about,
And if your eye is set on scan,
You may see the tiny little man,
But....

If the magic's not your thing,
New wonders to your eyes I bring,
This little man can now be seen,
By sitting quietly at your screen.

Hi Paul,

I like this a lot, but i do find it a little dull for my liking, Also the highlights on the grass & the house a little to much.

I have also had look at the rest of your photo's and find them very good.

Keep up the good work.

Hi Brian, the highlight on the house is the sun shining through the trees in the dark wood, the image is sureal, and magical, you have to go to another place to enjoy my pictures.the place you go to is deep with in your imagination,

ha ha Jason if its a program it must be in my head, I just started with the photo of the wood, thought what might be there if only I could see something that others could not see, like magic, once I get started it seems to take off on its own, (yes I am a little mad)
thanks for the comments

Hi Maureen. I think you have worked this very well. I think the light shining on the house in the dark wood is a key element to the image.A really magical scene.
Excellent poem too.
