Thay sertainly do look big it's a cracking good close up. I've never noticed how big the feet are before.

I took some pictures of a Coot and its youngsters last week, and it was then i realised just how big there feet are. Nice image

As PamelaJean points out. I too like the way you tight cropped this to feature the head and feet. Just as I would do it, knowing that some may comment ...a pity the wings are missing''. I often crop a wing or a tail in the interest of closer detail. It takes courage and you have it. TG
