Normanton Church

By paulBT
Yet another from Rutland Water. Light was not brilliant so focused on the foreground rocks. Hope this adds some interest.

Very good use of foreground leading you up, but have you used the transform tool to pull back the natural converging building that would have happened using the 17mm lens? I think you may have and you've just gone a touch too far so the church looks as though it's leaning out now.

Thanks for commenting so quickly. Pete-Have not used the transform tool, the building appears to lean forward as the camera was pointing slightly down below the horizon to include the rocks, hence the effect. Had thought of correcting but decided to leave as is.

Ahhhh right. Yes, it could do with pulling in a bit at the top.

What a marvelous place! A beautiful building, set on such rugged looked rocks, with such a gorgeous view! All very nicely caught. Good shot!
