This is me in my most happiest of environments-mountains. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and look through my pics. Please feel free to leave constructive critiques/comments. All are appreciated and welcomed.

About Me

I have been an amateur photographer for most of my life. well since the tender age of 10 when I had a photo published in the Liverpool Echo! (1959 and still have the cutting-bit old and wrinkly like me!). I developed and printed B&W and then moved onto colour photos in my darkroom before converting to digital. I enjoy mountains and therefore am always trying to capture the magic of the outdoors and natural scenes. I am passionate about conserving life and the natural world around us. Since retiring from teaching in a mainstream school just over 3yrs ago as head of Learning Support working with 11-16yr olds with learning difficulties, I have managed to spend more personal time on photography. I realise, looking at the work of others on EPZ, I have a long way to go! I appreciate the constructive comments and suggestions of others to help me improve. I am always juggling with new ideas to try and photograph the world in a different and innovative way. It's very difficult to achieve this. I look at a few other EPZ member's creativity and admire them.
