To me, the top half looks a little pale, though it looks like there's a bit of haze around that would explain that. (Or it may just be differences between our monitors; mine's not calibrated.) If you wanted to alter that, a curves adjustment is an obvious option. Alternatively, you could use unsharp mask at a high-ish radius and low-ish intensity, which increases the contrast locally. Something like radius 15 and strength 20 works well at this resolution — as always with USM, the radius is the approximate size of features you want to accentuate.
