Thanks for stopping by. My Portfolio is smaller than it should be really. I'm still waiting to win the lotto so I can give up working so many days a week and do a little bit more with my cameras.

  • Star Trails at Ashness Jetty, Keswick

Well captured. How long was the exposure? It's timed just perfectly.

  • Lands end has taught me well

Damn it. Why didn't I take my bloody filters!!!!
That's the shot I had in mine when I rolled up next to you. Not a prayer without them. Just remind me again that I never planned to be there!

  • The Milky Way is on me...

    Hey Jerry. How's things?
I'd had this in mind when I was in Northumberland to have the castle as a foreground piece until I realised I would have had to stand a few hundred metres out to sea to get it!!!

  • Expensive Trip

I half wish I'd known you were going. I've been wanting to go there before the dark nights end again this winter to try my new lens. On the other half, I'm glad I didn't.
    Nic pic though.

Cheers Jerry. You weren't so bad yourself! Smile
    Good stuff anyway.
Not got around to looking at mine from that morning as I only got home last night and have about 400 to go through from the whole week! I didn't have any more early mornings like that one though.
It was certainly a fine morning and you have captured it superbly in this photo. It seems the kip in the car was certainly worthwhile!

  • Harbour Horizon

Great use of low light John. My kind of landscape.
The semi transparent rock in the mid-right foreground looks a little odd and ghost like but other than that it's spot on.

  • Alexis

How is that going to make it easier to go back to work? I'll just end up in trouble for having it on my monitor all day staring at it! Smile
