Nice idea.
I'd also like to know if CS is better than 7 or 8. I'm not really sure what the differences are.

To those enquiring about the advantages of CS over Photoshop 7. If you can't afford it, don't buy it! There aren't that many differences at all. I haven't used anything yet that I didn't have in PS7. There is a red eye tool but that's about it.
Unless you are a professional, don't do it! That's my opinion anyway. I was lucky, it was a gift!

The shadow of the hand is inconsistent with the lighting on the hand

The size of brush is far too small for the size of brush strokes on the image

It only took 10 minutes and wasn't intended to be perfect by any definition of the word!
