Blue tit in a pear tree

This blue tit was spottted from my garden sitting in next doors pear tree. I thought that the blossom and the bird would make for a good composition. It was cropped to bring it closer than my lens would alow hence some noise on the bird. Objective critiques please.

A nicely captured image under the circumstances
Good composition and interesting environment !

I've loaded a mod. which lifts the colours a bit!

Nice shot and the birds small size is OK here due to the rest of the content. Colour just not quite right - a bit touquiose. Not sure what happened - try removing a little blue or cyan.

Shots like this are often more interesting than a close up which can simply become a study of a bird

I've left a modification for you, the only thing I would say is that the original image was a bit on the dark/dull side and doesn't do such a lovely environment justice.
