You say you've tweakd it in PS for atmosphere but not said how, or wht atmosphree you're looking for, soit's a bit harder to do a critique on.
so anyway, as I see it,
I like the way the eye is drawn into the centre as if being foced to take the journey down through the head of the lough.I think the panoramic rop works well, except that it's a pity the cloud formation is cropped off - I think you could crop just a bit higher to include a bit of clear sky above the clouds without taking too much away from the panoramic feel
A minor niggle - the building on the right id falling in b it - you could correct that easily enough
I'd love to be on that boat..
