Ooo, it's wet down there!

Round here, the sun came out for half and hour and I thought I'd give this a go.
By the time the kingfisher arrived though, the sun had done a runner!

Techs are: 1/4000sec at f/5.6 and ISO800
FP flash at -0.7EV TTL on a Sigma 530 super, meant as fill flash, but due to the disappearance of said main lighting, it worked out it was the main illumination! Sad

There are certain kingfisher shots that I would love to see, but have only seen on film. However, I rank this in one of my top ten "want to see" and think its wonderful. It must be frustrating when things don't go according to plan, but the result is still stunning.
