The 300mm lens is so hard to get focus spot on and sharp even with a tripod.
Even with 800 ISO you needed a faster shutter speed - but you're one up on me too -
never captured a lovely kingfisher.

Well done Patty, what a great shot you must be feeling really happy. I am envious as I have never managed to photograph one successfully, all I managed was a speck of blue in a distant tree.
