My biologist husband, Garrath, described this as

"A right old mutation," and told me to tell you to tell HG to make the most of it, she will never see it again.

Fabulous flower portrait in V1 and after what Garrath has warned, one to be carefully preserved.

How very unusual and so beautiful. I hope it will recur. Do you save the tubers to plant the following year? If so, it should come up again. V1 is especially lovely.
