Stylish plating, a sheet of paper to draw a straight line with some dusted cacao and sugar, a ball of cherry ice cream and a piece of cake. This is a new trend. Is this the minimalist French way of serving adopted by the Brits? I prefer to be treated with your own fresh and delicious stuff with a cup of tea or coffee, my friend.
