Light, Frost and Mist

By martin.w
Still nothing new, so a square version of a previous upload. While for most of the morning the mist was right up to the edge, at this point the mist receded.......just as the light started to illuminate the trees. Not an image that stands out on the thumbs, but one of my favourites of the last year or so Wink

Great colour and detail with a lovely semi-abstract feel to it. Very well seen!

That works rather nicely, the cool warm light offset by the cold mist and frost Smile

Lovely recession of the trees into the mist. Rather like the golden light on the trees too.

Cheers you three Wink

Jeremy, I don't tend to worry about stuff like that as some would say I have far too many votes on some images. An award from a talented photographer means far more....and as I said above it is one of my favourites and that usually means the kiss of death on here! Wink
