Tooks a trip down to the Quays on Friday afternoon as the light looked promising. Another reason was to try out some new kit, the Sony NEX-7 and 10-18mm UW lens. Not a cheap combination, but certainly a small and compact one. Together with a lightweight carbon tripod, it barely registers when in a backpack.

One of the many shots I took that afternoon, with a few exposures to retain detail in he brightest part of the sky.

Thanks for looking and all comments welcome.

Strong composition and some beautiful light Harsharn. Finally decided on the Sony then. Did you use a ND grad or exposure blend?

Thanks for all your comments folks, much appreciated. Wink Cheers Derek. I tried both, but the exposure blending was definitely the way to go on this one. Tried my best to make it look exactly as I saw it.
